160g sugar

2 lemons

60g butter

2 eggs

Directions for the lemon curd (termomix):

Put the sugar in the cup and pulverize 20sec/sp. 9. Add the lemon zest (only the yellow part) and grate 15sec/sp. 9. Add the butter, the juice of both lemons and set 1min/sp. 2. In a different bowl whip the eggs, mix them in the cup and whip 10sec/sp. 4. Program 7min/80°C/sp. 2. Remove and let it cool down.
