Ingredients
1/2 a stick of butter
1 Garlic Clove
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Lemon Zest
4 Lemons
3 cups heavy cream
Seasoned Salt
Preparation
Start by taking 1/2 a stick of butter in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
wisk in 3 cups of heavy cream
take 1 of lemons, and scrape of about a teaspoon of lemon rinds into the pan. Keep whisking in small circular patterns the whole time.
Cut two lemons open, and sqeeze the juice into the pan. Keep whisking and allowing the sauce to simmer.
Mince the garlic, and add about 1 small teaspoon of finely minced garlic.
Put seasoned salt according to your taste.
Less than a teaspoon of black pepper.
Less than a teaspoon of seasoned salt.
Whisk until mixture reaches desired thickness.
Pour over grilled fish filet (such as blackfish.) Cut lemon in half, and squeeze over the fish.
