Ingredients for batter
1 Stick of room tempature butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tbs. baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbs milk
pinch of salt
pinch of brown suger
1/3 c. water
Ingredients for Lemon Creme Frosting
2 c. heavy or whipping cream
-2 c. powder sugar
-4 tbs. lemon syrup
1 tsp. honey
-1 tsp. milk
Preparation
Cupcake- Preheat oven for 325. In a large bowl, add all of your ingrediants, make sure you mix them well. When done Mixing put in a cupcake pan and in the oven for 22 minutes, or until done baking.
Frosting- In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream and milk until it gets thick. Then add the other ingredients until it turns fluffy.
