Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

8 Tbls (1 stick) unsalted butter

1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar

2 Tbls fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the flat beater, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and fluffy (about 2-3 min).

  2. Add the butter and beat for 2-3 minutes more.

  3. Add the sugar and beat until smooth and no lumps of sugar are visible.

  4. Add the lemon juice and beat until combined.
