cup butter, softened

to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 1 to 2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives

teaspoon grated lemon peel

Preparation

Beat butter in small bowl until light and fluffy. Add chives and lemon peel; blend well. Cover; refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
