Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese-softened

3/4 c sugar

1pkg lemon jello

1 c water -heated

3 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 1/2 stick butter -melted

1 can evap. milk-chilled

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar.

Stir jello into water then pour over cheese mixture. Mix well then chill slightly.

Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping.

Whip the milk then add lemon juice, vanilla, and cream cheese mixture.

Pour into crust then sprinkle top with graham cracker cumbs. Refrigerate.
