140 grams Sugar
8 Eggs
Lemon Peel from 1/2 Lemon
Juice from one Lemon
20 grams Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Beat egg yolks and sugar until very frothy, add lemn peel, then lemon juice. Beat whites stiff and fold into batter. Pour into greased and floured pan and bake.
