Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
4 Boneless Chicken breasts
1 Can Campbell’s Cream of Broccoli soup
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 thin lemon slices
Preparation
In a skillet heat oil, then cook chicken breasts until brown on both sides (5 min/side)
Combine soup and milk, stir in lemon juice, season with salt & pepper. Pour over chicken and place lemon slice on each piece. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
