Ingredients

1 lb of green beans

1 tbl butter

1 1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon peel

1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp ground pepper

1/4 c fresh basil thinly sliced

Preparation

bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil cook green beans 5-6 minutes till barely tender drain into collander in same pot over medium heat melt the butter add green beans, lemon zest, salt and pepper-stir to coat- remove from heat toss with basil and serve immediately
