Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup butter
½ cup sugar
2 cups flour
Filling:
4 eggs
5 tbsp flour
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 ¾ cups sugar
Preparation
Combine crust ingrdients, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 min at 350º.
Combine filling ingredients. Pour onto crust. Bake 20-40 min at 325º. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool, and cut into bars.
