Ingredients

6-8 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Marinade

1 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup oil

2 TBSP. molasses

2 tsp salt

1 tsp tabasco sauce

Preparation

Mix marinade ingredients. Put chicken in zip loc bags and pour marinade over. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, preferably overnight or for at least 4 hours.Remove chicken, reserving marinade, and grill over medium heat/coals 5-7 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Boil marinade in the meantime, and baste chicken while grilling. Can pour left over marinade over chicken before serving if desired
