Ingredients

1 tsp grated lemon rind

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/2 c fresh lemon juice

1/2 c light olive oil

2 tblsp chopped scallions

Preparation

Mix together lemon rind, salt, dry mustard, oregano and worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Gradually stir in lemon juice, oil and scallions. Pour over chicken in large bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and grill, using marinade as a baste
