Ingredients
Shrimp 8 whole
Frisee Lettuce 1 bnch
Butter lettuce 1 bnch
Olive oil 1/2c
Lemon juice 1/4c
Chives 3 tbl
Garlic Minced 2 tbl
Honey 2 tbl
Basil Fresh 4 leaves
Red wine vinegar 1 tbl
Salt & Pepper TT
Preparation
+Cover Shrimp w/Salt and Pepper and 1 tbl of garlic. +Grill Shrimp For 3-5 min +Add chives, 1tbl garlic lemon juice, honey, and red wine vinegar to a large whisking bowl.
- Slowly add olive oil to mixture and whisk heavily. +Season To Taste w/ S & P. +Rip Lettuce and basil and drizzle dressing ontop. +toss together and then add shrimp ontop.
