Ingredients
Leg of lamb
125mls of yogurt
1 garlic clove crushed
1 inch ginger
2tsp garam masala
1tsp cumin seed lightly toasted and crushed
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt/pepper
Preparation
Make slashes all over the leg of lamb. Mix yogurt. garlic, ginger and spices together well and season. Rub marinate all over the lamb. Cook for an hour and 10mins. Rest the lamhb on a bed of roses!!!!!! :-) Carve with a BIG LONG FUCK OFF KNIFE!!!
