Ingredients
3 inches fresh ginger
2 med. onions
5-7 garlic cloves
1 T. ground coriander
1 tsp,. cumin
1 tps. tumeric
1/2 t. mace
1/4 tsp. clover
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp,. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
black pepper
1/2 t. cayenne
1 cup olive oil
2/3 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Mix well to form thick paste. Coat leg of lamb and marinate overnight. Grill lamb until charcoaled and crusty on outside, rare inside.
