Ingredients

4 c. minute rice, cooked

1 can cream of chicken soup

3 cans milk

3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onion, cooked

4 slices bacon, crumbled

Preparation

Cook bacon. Drain fat and set bacon aside. In same pan combine soup and 1 can of milk. Whisk. Add 2 cans of milk, rice, and onion. Heat to boil. Reduce heat. Add cheese. Put bacon over top.
