Ingredients
16 oz fresh cranberries
1 orange
1/2 cup sugar (more if needed)
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
Add the juice and grated rind from the orange, and the remaining ingredients to a small saucepan. Simmer until cranberries have popped, about 10 minutes. Taste relish and add more sugar if needed. Remove cinnamon stick. Refrigerate relish until ready to serve.
