Ingredients
1 jar of T. Marzetti’s Southwestern Caesar Dressing
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
Salmon Fillets
Papricka (or any of your favorite spices)
Honey (optional)
Romain lettuce/spinach
Preparation
Preheat oven 250 degrees
Place THAWED Salmon on cookie sheet/shallow pan
Drizzle honey on top (optional)
Bake for 20 minutes
Broil for another 5 minutes (optional, but it gives the ‘grilled’ taste)
Each serving gets a bowl/plate of romaine/spinach. Place salmon on top, sprinkle with paprika (or your favorite spice). Dish out some black beans and corn on salad. I like to decorate mine with cherry or grape tomatoes too J Finish off with drizzling the southwestern Caesar dressing on top or serve on the side.
