Ingredients
3 bunches of leafy greens (Swiss chard, spinach, etc.)
1 cup raw cashew pieces
1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
1 cup soy milk (approx.)
Preparation
Sauce: In a Vita-Mix or food processor, blend the cashews, onion flakes, and soy milk (just enough to cover the cashews and onion flakes) until completely creamy.
Steam greens until soft (do not overcook). Remove from steamer, and press with a towel to remove excess water. Chop greens in wooden chopping bowl and mix with cream sauce.
