Ingredients
2 eggs
3 Tbsp.sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp.vanilla
1/2 Tbsp. rum or brandy
pinch salt
1 cup pitted prunes or raisins
Preparation
Beat eggs with sugar in a bowl. Blend in flour. Whisk in milk, vanilla, and salt just until mixed. Stir in rum and prunes. Pour into a buttered layer pan. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes until puffed and brown. Cool on a rack.
