Ingredients
6 sugar cubes
1/4 c. brandy
Angostura bitters
1 750 ml bottle champagne or sparkling wine
6 strips orange peel
Preparation
Place sugar cube in each of 6 champagne flutes. Add 2 t. brandy, then 6 drops bitters to each glass divide champagne among glasses. Garnish with orange peel and serve.
