Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened

1 c. flour

1/2 c. chopped nuts

1 c. whipped topping

1 c. powdered sugar

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

2 pkg. instant lemon pudding

3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min. let cool.

Mix whipped topping, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over crust.

Mix pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining whipped topping.
