Ingredients
2 cans (6oz each)lump crab meat-drained
2 green onions minced
1/2 c diced cucumber
1/2 c diced red onion
1 medium tomato chopped
2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
1/4 c lime juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c orange juice
salt and ground pepper
2 pkgs 8oz cream cheese
1/4 c mayo
2 avocado peeled, seeded and diced or mashed
Tortilla chips to serve
Preparation
In a glass bowl combine crabmeat, green onions, cuke, red onion, tomato and parsley. In a small bowl combine juices, stir into crabmeat mixture..s&p to taste. cover and refrigerate at least 6 hrs.
Combine cream cheese and mayo blending well. spread mixture over bottom of serving platter (pie plate)spread avocado over cream cheese. drain crab mixture pressing out as much moisture as possible
