Ingredients
3 C sugar
7 Lavendar sprigs (stems and buds), plus additional for garnish
2 C fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
1/2 C fresh lime juice (about 5 limes)
Preparation
In a lg saucepan, bring 1 gallon of water and the sugar to a boil. Remove from heat; add 7 lavendar sprigs and lemon and lime juices. Cool to room temp; strain and chill. Serve on ice, with additional lavender for garnish. Serves about 16
