Ingredients

4 garlic cloves 

2 to 3 tablespoons fresh oregano 

1 teaspoon salt 

Pepper 

5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 4 limes) 

1 teaspoon sugar 

Preparation

Smash garlic with oregano, salt, and plenty of pepper. Mix in oil, lime juice, and sugar.

Marinate steak in a resealable bag, refrigerated, for 4 to 24 hours. Flip the bag occasionally.
