Ingredients
6 cloves garlic, pressed
2 T olive oil
2-4 fresh jalepenos, chopped
8 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 -1/2 C fresh basil
8 oz spaghetti
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until golden. Add peppers and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add tomatoes and salt; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in basil. Serve immediately over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
