Ingredients
450ml whole yogurt
450ml milk (or water)
1 squeezed lemon
1 pinch of cardamome
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
ice
if you want to make fruit Lassi, add 2 1/2 cups of the peeled, chopped fruit as mango or pineapple)
You can also add 1 pinch of ginger on the blender, and garnish the Lassi glasses with chopped nuts or almonds.
Preparation
Mix all ingredients on a blender, and pour the mix on tall glasses over ice.
