Ingredients
1lb. box of lasagne.
3lbs. of ricotta - low fat
8 ounces of low fat mozzarella
12 eggs - use six yolks & whites
use six whites.
Discard yolks.
1/4 lb. of Pecorino Romano Italian grated cheese,parsely,salt and pepper
to taste.
Preparation
Let cold water run in cooked pasta pot. When taking out each piece of lasagne, let out excess water for layering. If this is too difficult, buy a no boil lasagne. Add sauce to cover botton of pan. Start layering each row.
Set aside four or five pieces for last layer.
