Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 Tb. olive oil
3 cups tomato sauce
9 oz package lasagne
1 pound ricotta or cottage cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese
1 cup or more grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Shape meat into marble size meatballs and brown in OO. Add Tomato sauce and let simmer until ready to use. Then strain out meatballs. Prepare noodles according to package. Drain. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Using a baking dish about 2 inches deep cover bottom with some sauce and line dish with a layer of noodles. Dot with spoonfuls of ricotta, mozz and parm. Spread with sauce and add all of the meatball. Repeat with another layer of noodles, sauce and cheeses. Bakeabout 45 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
