Ingredients
ricotta 8 oz
Ital 5 cheese mix 1/2 bag
4 c fresh baby spinach
1 carton chicken broth
1 lb ital season turkey sausage
14 oz can plum tomatoes
1/4 c bruschetta ?? pico de gallo
oregano
basil
pepper
Preparation
break up, crumble sausage and cook over med high allowing juices to brown up and glze the pan
reduce broth to 1/3
deglaze w broth
add 1/4 c broth to ricotta to thin micro 2 min wash chop spinach add to ricotta micro 3 min add 5 cheese and pepper
tom and juice reduce to 1/2 add pico de gallo then slowly add to saus
mix pasta into ricotta mix then add saus
1 head cooked garlic
