Bolognese sauce
Fresh Lasagne Noodles or the Italian market kind that soak in hot water for a couple of minutes
Parmigiano
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Layer of Ragu, sprinkling of grated Parmigiano. Layer of Pasta Layer of Bechamel Layer of ragu, parmigiano until all sauce & pasta finished. Top layer should be pasta with bechamel, plus more grated partmigiano. Bake 30-45 until edge is brown and sauce bubbles. Cool 10 mins.
