Ingredients

1/4 cup salad oil

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

1/2 lb ground beef

1/4 lb ground pork

1 can italian tomatoes 2 lbs 30oz

2 cans tomatoe paste 6 oz

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp salt

2 tsp dried oragano

1 tsp dried basil

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Cook onion, garlic and parsley until tender.

Add pork and beef, cook until brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 3 hours.
