Ingredients

1lb. Ground beef

4 1/2 C. Canned tomatoes

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

1 creamy cottage cheese

1 envelope spaghetti sauce

1-8oz lasagna noodles

1-8oz mozzarella cheese slices

1/2 C. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Brown meat, drain, add tomatoes and sauce-mix. Simmer 30-35 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain. In a 9x13 pan, layer half of the noodles, 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 the mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Repeat layer ending with sauce on top. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes let set a few monikers before cutting.
