Ingredients

Sauce:

3/4 cups minced onion

3 cloves minced garlic

5 cups tomato (aprox 2 cans)

2 small cans tomato paste

2 tablesppons parsley

pinch salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 tablespoons basil

1 lb ground chuck

1 pkgs lasagna

11/2 lbs ricotta mixed with 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper

1 lb mozzarella

Preparation

Saute onions 5 mins Saute meat until loses color Add rest and simmer 2 hrs

Cook noodles

layer : sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella (sprinkle of parm)

end with sauce and sprinkle with grated mozarella and parm
