Ingredients
3-4 cups Spaghetti (papa) Sauce
1 Package Lasagna Noodles
4 Cups (2 lbs) ricotta cheese
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parm Cheese
4 eggs
1 T parsley flakes
1 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook pasta per package directions
- Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling in large bowl reserving a handful of Mozzarella for topping.
- Spread about 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9" glass dish.
- Arrange 4 pasta pieces lengthwise.
- Add 1/3 of cheese mixture over pasta and cover with a little less than a cup of sauce.
- Repeat for a total of 3 layers.
- Cover with pasta and remain sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and put in oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, raise oven temp to 400 degrees and put in for 10 minutes
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Serve to friends while toasting your total disregard to your cholesterol. 4.
