Ingredients

8 oz lasagna noodles

1 tblsp olive oil

1.5 lb lean beef

2 cloves garlic

oregano, parsley, salt, tarragon pepper, basil

1 lb mozzerella

parmesan

1 lb ricotta

1 egg

1 can 6oz tom paste

20 oz tom sauce

Preparation

cook beef in oil, drain fat, add seasonings, add tomatoes and paste

in small bowl mix ricotta w/ egg and a little mozzerella

layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, parm, mozzerella. finish w/sauce. bake at 375 covered for 25 min, then uncovered for 5
