Ingredients

1lb. Ground Beef

3.5 cup (32oz jar) thick spaghetti sauce

1.5 cup water

2 cup (15oz. Container) ricotta cheese

3 cup (12oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp pepper

8oz. Lasagna noodles , uncooked

Preparation

Brown beef in 3 qt. Saucepan, drain off excess fat. Add sauce and water, simmer about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagna, for filling. Pour about 1 cup of sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna over sauce. Cover with about 1 1/2 cup sauce. Spread half of cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake @350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil, bake for 10 more minutes. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
