No-Boil Lasagna
2 15-ounce containers of Ricotta Cheese (Cottage Cheese)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (Swiss Cheese)
½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
2 eggs (No eggs)
2- 2-pound jars meaty spaghetti sauce
2 jars Classico Spaghetti Sauce with Mushroom & Ripe Olives
Add to spaghetti sauce ..1 lb of browned and drained ground beef
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
Preparation
Combine cottage, Swiss, and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and eggs. Layer in 13 x 9 dish Bottom Layer: Cup of sauce Next Layer: 4 noodles Next Layer Cup of Sauce Next Layer: half of cheese mixture Next Layer Cup of sauce Next Layer 4 noodles Next LayerCup of Sauce Next LayerHalf of cheese mixture Top Layer 4 noodles and cover with 2 cups of sauce Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for another 10 min. Let stand 10 minutes.
