Ingredients

2 lb. ricotta cheese

8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated

2 eggs

1 tsp. parsley, chopped

s + p

extra mozzarella to top completed lasagna

Preparation

  1. mix all together.

  2. layer w/ noodles, sauce, veggies, meat, etc. in lasagna pan.

  3. finish lasagna w/ layer of mozzarella cheese.
