Ingredients

3- 29oz cans tomato puree

1/2 c sugar

1/4 c olive oil

1/8 c parsley

2 T vinegar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 tsp oregano

1 tsp dried minced garlic

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven or stock pot. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
