Ingredients

1 package (227g) of pitted dates

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients using a food processor. Note: If the dates are too dry and the mixture is not adhering you may need to add 1 - 2 tbsp of water.
  2. Form into bars using wax paper to press the mixture flat.
  3. Keep any extra in the refrigerator.
