Ingredients

1 stick melted butter

4 eggs

1 can creamed corn

1 pint sour cream

2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

8-12 oz frozen corn

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and pour batter into large jelly roll pan (12x16 or 16x20 or large pyrex glass dish.) Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve warm or freeze.
