Lamb Stew Recipe

Ingredients

lamb stew meat

onion

carrots

new potatoes

garlic

thyme

salt and pepper

cornstarch

Preparation

I put 6 cups of water, add meat, onion, garlic, thyme,salt and pepper. I cook till meat is done, then add potatoes and carrots. When carrots and potatoes are doon I thicked it up with cornstarch.
