Ingredients
2 lamb shanks
Salt
Olive Oil
Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper (or any other spices)
Preparation
Rubbed them both with olive oil and salt heavily for braising Place them in 425 degree pre heated oven in a pan covered with foil (that way when you season them you can just pull up the sides to cover ) Braise for 30 minutes Add Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper (or any other spices) Wrap foil to create a steam cover Place in 225 to 250 degree oven for 3 hrs
