Ingredients

3 Lamb Rack Chops

1 Teasp Chopped Garlic

3 Tbsp Apple Mint Jelly

3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary Chopped

1 Tbsp White Wine

3 Tbsp Cooking Oil

1 Tbsp Black Pepper Cracked Good Pinch Sea Salt

Preparation

In a med. pan on a med. heat saute the garlic in 1 Tbsp of oil until lighty brown,then add jelly,vinegar,rosemary,and white wine.Heat until jelly melts and mixture boils.Reduce heat and cook until sauce thickens to syrup. Place lamb on a plate and coat with pepper and salt. Then in another med. pan on med.high heat add cooking oil and place lamb in pan and cook on both sides for about 2 min. each side until nicely browned.Remove for heat and let stand. Place sauce on clean plate and set lamb on top of sauce.Yummy.
