Ingredients
1/2 lbs Rib Lamb Chops
3 Tbl Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Tsn Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Parsley (I used dried, but live may be better)
1/4 Cup Balsimic Vinigar
1 Tbl Agave Nector
1 Tbl Applesause Organic very fine, no chunks
1 Clove Garlic
1 small onion
1/4 cut water
Preparation
Coat Chops in Balsimic Vinegar and Parsey
Saute 1/8 tsn salt, garlic olive oil on stove top Use Medium high heat to start Add Agave Nector AFTER garlic is brown and stir Add chops and brown on both sides (watch for spattering!) Add applesauce dollips on chops Add onion add a little water and turn down heat to low/Medium and cover Cook until onions are carmalized (5-8 minutes?) Sprinkle remaining Sea Salt on top of Chops Enjoy!!
