Ingredients
4-5 # butterflied leg of lamb
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp dry rosemary
1 tsp powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
Marinate for 12 hours. Grill or broil for 15 minutes on each side. Slice on the angle across the meat and serve with chutney sauce.
