Ingredients

1 3/4 Tbsp flour

1/3 Cup sugar

Dash salt

4 Eggs, separated

1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Beat the yolks until thick and lemon colored,adding the vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar. Fold the egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sift sugar, flour and salt mixture over eggs and fold in gently. Pipe batter into lady finger molds or onto cookie sheets lightly dusted with corn starch. If using cookie sheets, pipe 4 inch lengths into shape of fingers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes or until lightly browner. Cool before removing.
