Ingredients

Ladies Finger - 8 numbers thinly sliced in round shape

Grated coconut - 1 cup

Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon

Green Chillies 3-4 numbers

Yoghurt 2 cups

Curry leaves

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Preparation

Fry the ladies finger slices till it is brown & crisp. Drain the excess oil .Grind the grated coconut, chillies and mustard seeds to a fine paste adding a little water. Cook the paste with a quarter cup of water for about 2 min. Once done ,add curry leaves & salt. Mix in the ladies finger cut pieces . Turn off the fire and add curd, stir it well.
