Ingredients

For the Salad:

2 Iceberg Lettuces

50g Chopped Onions

For the Dressing:

40ml Olive Oil

15ml Balsamic Vinegar

5ml Water

A pinch of salt and pepper

A squirt of french mustard

Preparation

To make the salad:

  1. Shred the lettuce
  2. Wash the Lettuce
  3. Place in a serving bowl
  4. Chop the onions and mix in To make the dressing:
  5. Mix the oil and vinegar together in a cup
  6. Add a small amount of water and mix in.
  7. Mix a squirt of mustard and add in salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix and whisk thoroughly.
  9. Pour on the salad
  10. Toss and serve with salt and pepper to taste
