Ingredients
For the Salad:
2 Iceberg Lettuces
50g Chopped Onions
For the Dressing:
40ml Olive Oil
15ml Balsamic Vinegar
5ml Water
A pinch of salt and pepper
A squirt of french mustard
Preparation
To make the salad:
- Shred the lettuce
- Wash the Lettuce
- Place in a serving bowl
- Chop the onions and mix in To make the dressing:
- Mix the oil and vinegar together in a cup
- Add a small amount of water and mix in.
- Mix a squirt of mustard and add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and whisk thoroughly.
- Pour on the salad
- Toss and serve with salt and pepper to taste
